Since at least Oct. 2019 the Pentagon

A. Fleming Military Intel Contact Report for Thurs. 9 April 2020:
1. All was ready for release, but legal and logistical issues came up this morning Thurs. 9 April,
stopping the Stimulus Bill funds from being released. This has been a
deliberate strategy of the Deep State to stop POTUS’s re-election and
keep the economy locked down.
2. Behind the scenes the White Hats were
overcoming today’s legal and logistical obstacles. (Google “Dems block
Mcconnell to swiftly approve” and “Qmap.pub [#3915] Pelosi holds hostage
public aid”).
3. Also behind the scenes daily security
audits of the military operation were still a high priority to
decision-makers in the timing release.
4. White Hats and decision-makers were
working around the Democrat/Deep State blocks in the Senate to release
Stimulus Bill funds into Treasury control for release right now, tonight
Thurs. 9 April.
5. Dubai 1 intermediary holding account funds have been accessible to the govt. since Mon. 6 April,
but the govt. under the Department of Justice and Department of Defense
could not release those Dubi1 funds until logistical and legal issues
had been solved. This was happening today in spite of Democrat
resistance in the Senate this morning Thurs. 9 April.
6. The Department of Justice and
Department of Defense needed to release control of Stimulus Bill funds
from Dubai 1 to the US Treasury and Mnuchin in order to get out Paycheck
Protection Program Stimulus Checks by direct-deposits, SBA loans, and
start the GCR/RV full release of funds to CMKX and adjudicated
settlement accounts.
7. This would start the chain of events leading to Tier 4a,b start next Tues. 13 April.
8. Continued prayers would be
appreciated that the Department of Justice and Department of Defense
release control of the Dubi 1 funds to Mnuchin by this evening Thurs. 9 April with no more Democratic/ Deep State obstacles.
9. This would start private access to
kickoff the private side of the 27 programs and would allow the
Admiral’s group access to funds. The Admiral’s trade and paperwork were
already done, but had no access to funds until our start of Tier4b.
10. This would allow the St Germaine Trust to release and start processing by Easter Sun. 12 April.
11. Other programs like adjudicated funds such as CMKX could start right away.
12. For us in Tier 4b it would put us on go for Mon. or Tues. 13-14 April next week.
13. Stimulus bill Paycheck Protection
Program loans and Stimulus checks/direct deposits should reach citizens’
mailboxes and accounts sometime between now and next Fri. 17 April. (Pence also said “by Fri. 17 April).
14. Our guy said Stimulus monies release
to the public would happen after Tier4b were started and going in to
exchanges-redemptions next week. The plan was still for those funds to
go out to citizens as we were going in to exchange next week.
15. The Tier4b timing of Snake’s Wells
Fargo banker who trained the exchange center staff in five states
(including TX) was that he was “somewhat positive that he would have
active exchange agents doing business [exchanges] early next week, Mon or Tues 13-14 April was his guess,”
16. A contact’s foundation attorney was told to be on standby to come to Reno next week.
17. There would be no “email
redemptions” or online redemption-exchanges, only redemptions and
exchanges in person at Redemption Centers. Otherwise, there would be no
need for the Travel Permission document that would be on the Safe Web
for us currency-holders to travel to Redemption Centers during the
quarantine.
18. Be aware of Deep State scams to get
ZIM info and other currency info from currency holders online through
